I'm not going to put any measurements on here because I can't stand weighing myself. I will how ever say when I have dropped dress sizes.
Currently - UK 14/16

Hey, I lost 20lbs on the ABC, but tbh I piled it all back on soon after I went back to regular eating :/
Thank you. I think I will try something else if it doesn’t work. Tbh though I’ve put loads of weight on recently and I’m up to 210. So I might loose more. hmmm. Thank you anyway!
